My week in Review
1st March 2021
1. I was on courtesy visit to the Governor's Office, Oke Mosan Abeokuta where i met with the Admin Officer to the Governor , The SA to the Governor on Government House, Hon. Babatunde Olaotan and Consultant To the Governor on New Media, Hon. Damilola Ogunpola , to serve as a short familiarisation tour of the new leadership of NANS in thr Gateway State
2. I embarked on Short Visit to the Ibara Police Station after information reached my office that some hoodlums where apprehended, Owing to our earlier reports on an attack of a Mapaite, The arrest was unconnected as it was made due to the unrest around the ibara, Kuto axis, We use the medium to encourage the men of the Nigeria Police Force and Assure them of our continuous support.
3. 4th March 2021
I addressed a world press conference on ranging issues affecting the State alongside the National President of National Association of Ogun State Students
5th March, 2021
4. I Joined graduates of The Moshood Abiola Polytechnic on thier solidarity protest that they should be mobilized for NYSC as at when due, We were able to restore peace and gave hope to the graduates. The SA Students was equally on ground to douse tensions and as at the time of filling this reports, the mobilization process is in top gear
5th March 2021
5. I was a guest on a Radio Show at RootFM , where I discussed the MAPOLY issues and other issues affecting the State institutions and the pressing security challenges in the gateway state, I used the opportunity to Appreciate the Executive Governor Of Ogun state for the provision of Patrol Vans for the state Joint Surveillance Intelligence Security (JSIS), I equally charged the Federal Government to be alive to their responsibilities and do the needful in protecting the lives and properties of the citizenry.
